INTRODUCCION / VISION DE PAIS   

Hemos desarrollado nuestras vidas en un país maravilloso, gracias al trabajo, cada vez más arduo, de sus habitantes, sus mejores hombres y mujeres.  Los más hábiles, fuertes y  decididos, han procurado siempre ponerse de acuerdo, confiando en DIOS para unidos lograr materializar los actos que convienen a las naciones que ocupan nuestra maravillosa isla, llamada Quisqueya por sus primeros habitantes.   

IDEA DEL PROYECTO PARA BENEFICIO MUTUO   

Con el objetivo de beneficiar los habitantes de ambas naciones, hemos agrupado una importante comunidad que aunque todavía pequeña, ha embrionado la idea de crear en la frontera de  la Republica de Haití y la Republica Dominicana, una zona de 6 kms de ancho a  todo lo largo de la línea fronteriza, para lograr en ese espacio una zona de libre comercio, organizada y apoyada por naciones desarrolladas, incluyendo a España y Francia, por haber estrechamente ligadas a la historia de Haití y Republica Dominicana.  

Con el apoyo de todos los países interesados en colaborar, podemos colocar a largo plazo 5,000,000 de plazas de trabajo en esa zona, de Haití y la República Dominicana, subrayando: 

 LOS HAITIANOS EN HAITI 

 Y LOS DOMINICANOS EN LA REPUBLICA DOMINICANA 

DOS NACIONES TERRITORIALMENTE DEFINIDAS E INDEPENDIENTES

RESPONSABLES CADA UNA DE SU PROPIO SISTEMA ECONOMICO.  

ESTIMAMOS QUE SI ESTE PROYECTO RECIBE EL APOYO NECESARIO, SE BENEFICIARIAN APROXIMADAMENTE  5 MILLONES DE COMERCIANTES HAITIANOS Y DOMINICANOS, LOGRANDO INGRESOS CADA UNO DE AL MENOS RD$5,000.00, PRODUCIENDO MENSUALMENTE UN TOTAL DE RD$25 MIL MILLONES EQUIVALENTES APROXIMADAMENTE A US$36,694 MILLONES DE DOLARES MENSUALES (CALCULADOS A LA TASA DE JUNIO 2010)

Imaginemos un brillante destino para estas dos naciones hasta ahora confundidas, las cuales deben colaborar y trabajar para reafirmar al mundo y a nosotros mismos, nuestras respectivas identidades y que somos dos culturas diferentes que debemos respetar y conservar. 

 Esta idea,  nada tiene que ver con nacionalidades, todas las razas pueden participar.  Únanse a este grupo facilitando su nombre, cedula o su correo electrónico y será registrado como un colaborador que apoya nuestra idea, por el bien de todos y con la ayuda de Dios.   

Desde el año 2003 venimos acumulando ideas con la finalidad de poder colaborar con nuestro destino.  Nos atrevemos a decir que del lado haitiano tenemos un potencial de mano de obra de aproximadamente 3,000,000 de habitantes hábiles, y del lado dominicano otros 3,000,000 de personas en capacidad de desempeñar labores especializadas y demás.

Nuestra posición global como isla nos permite gozar de privilegios que jamás hemos aprovechado, al organizar el destino de nuestras naciones.  La posición regional de la isla es privilegiada para la distribución de los productos que generemos en el lugar que hemos elegido, para el desarrollo de la zona comercial.  

Pretendemos destinar 6 kms de ancho a lo largo de la frontera de aproximadamente 260 kms, donde con el apoyo del grupo de países industrializados instalaremos una zona de libre comercio coordinando industrias de todos los niveles, con la finalidad de concentrar en la frontera un potencial de producción que con 6,000,000 de habitantes y mano de obra activa, en 10 años podremos tener la zona más productiva de América, teniendo en cuenta que en tan pequeño espacio tendríamos mano de obra como ningún país del área.

Se supliría a las dos naciones de capital independiente para desarrollar sus países en un marco de libertad y poder económico, evitando así la inmigración entre ambos, logrando absoluta independencia entre estas dos naciones cansadas de su historia pasada.    Uno de los logros más importantes del desarrollo de esta idea será que en lo adelante no tendremos -ni ellos ni nosotros- ninguna relación de vecindad, dado que la franja productiva efectivamente dividirá a la isla en tres, produciendo una verdadera independencia entre ambos países.  Si esto no nos parece suficiente, creo que debemos pensarlo bien.  Creemos que con voluntad y unión de fuerzas, podríamos salvaguardar las libertades de nuestras naciones que con dos idiomas, dos razas, dos culturas, podrían ofrecer dos destinos diferentes, unidos por un solo sistema económico

Cuantas batallas han trascurrido a través de la historia para lograr definir los derechos de cada país.    Esperamos la participación de todos nosotros en lograr por fin nuestra nación, en donde podamos libremente transitar sin las inconveniencias de invasiones pacificas, que a la larga nos traerán confusiones en las que es preferible no pensar, por sus fatales consecuencias para ambos países.                    

 NOS HEMOS PERMITIDO DESARROLLAR ESTE CONCEPTO DE MANERA QUE LA FRANJA DE 3 kms al Oeste de la frontera y 3 kms al Este, se conforme en un cluster dominico-haitiano y que el territorio sea entregado en uso de tierra por 100 anos al grupo de países industrializados llamados el grupo de los 20, lidereado por BILL CLINTON, quien actualmente regentea el desarrollo de la región, dicho grupo de países tendrá la oportunidad de organizar e instalar sus empresas sin ningún tipo de impuestos, y poder así suplir las demandas de la región americana, con una mano de obra de menor costo que en sus países de origen, transmitiendo en beneficios a la nación haitiana y dominicana, a través del pago de salarios a dichos obreros.  

Dentro del mismo espacio se generara  una base militar, aeropuertos y dos mega puertos localizados uno en Manzanillo y el otro en Pedernales, unidos por ferrocarril que dará servicio de transporte de la mercancía producida en la zona para su mejor distribución.  Es imposible crear condiciones de crecimiento para esas dos empobrecidas naciones, si no creamos fuentes de trabajo constantes, logrando producir en un futuro inmediato dos naciones auto sostenibles bajo un mismo sistema de productividad.

THE BORDER SHOULD BE DEFINED ON THE BORDER

INTRODUCTION / COUNTRY’S VISION
We have developed our lives in a wonderful country, thanks to the effort of its inhabitants, great men and women. The most skillful, strong and determined, have always strived for maintaining a good and understanding relationship with its neighbor country  Haiti, always trying to achieve good decisions for the benefit of both countries located in this beautiful island called “Quisqueya” by its first inhabitants.  

IDEA OF THE PROJECT FOR THE MUTUAL BENEFIT OF DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND HAITI
With the objective of benefiting the inhabitants of both nations, we have grouped a large community that although still small, has the idea of creating on the border of the Republic of Haiti and the Dominican Republic, an area of 6 km wide along the boundary line, to create in this space a free trade area, organized and supported by developed nations, including Spain and France, for having been closely related to the history of both countries. 
 
With the support of all countries interested in helping us, the idea is to create 5,000,000 opportunities  to work in that area, on the borther of Haiti and the Dominican Republic, stressing:  

THE HAITIANS IN HAITI
 AND THE DOMINICANS IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

TWO INDEPENDENT NATIONS WITH  DEFINED TERRITORIAL BORDERS
INDIVIDUALY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ECONOMIC SYSTEM.

We believe that if THIS PROJECT is appropriately supported, it would benefit about 5 million TRADERS Haitians and Dominicans that would be able to earn monthly RD $ 5,000.00 each one, for a total of RD $ 25 billion equivalent to approximately U.S. $ 36.694 million per month ( calculated at the exchange rate of June 2010)

Imagine a brilliant destiny for these two nations so far confused, which must collaborate and do their best  to reassure the world and ourselves, that we both have our respective identities and that we represent  

two different cultures that we must respect and preserve.
 
This idea has nothing to do with nationalities, all races can participate. Join this group by providing your  name, ID or email address and be registered as a partner that supports the idea, with the good intentions of all involved and with the help of God.

Since 2003 we have been accumulating ideas in order to collaborate with our destiny. We dare to say that at the Haitian side we have a potential workforce of approximately 3 million working people and the Dominican side another 3 million people who have the ability to perform specialized tasks.

Our global position as an island allows us to enjoy privileges that we have never take advantage of in   organizing the destiny of our nations. The island has a privileged  regional location for the distribution of the products that can be produced in the place we have chosen to develop the commercial area.

We intend to used 6 kms along the border of approximately 260 kms.  The project will be supported by the group of industrialized countries and the idea is to set up a free trade zone for industries which will be coordinated at all levels, in order to concentrate on the border a potential production that with 6,000,000 inhabitants and active workforce, in 10 years we will have the most productive area in America, taking into account that in such a small space there will be a labor zone not found in any country in the area.

The production generated would supply a capital to the two independent nations contributing to develop their countries in a framework of freedom and economic power, thus avoiding immigration between the two, achieving complete independence between the two nations in spite of its past history. One of the most important achievements in the development of this idea will be that henceforth we will not have, neither they nor us, no neighborly relations, as the strip area will actually divide the island into three, producing a true independence between the two countries. If this does not seem enough, I think we should think about it. We believe that with good will and joining forces, we could safeguard the freedom of two nations with two different languages, two races, two cultures, that united in projecting themselves to the world as such, could provide two separate tourist destinations, united by a single economic system.

How many battles have passed through history to achieve defined rights for each country. We expect that with the contribution of all of us, we finally achieve our nation where we can move freely without the inconvenience of living day by day with “pacific invasions”  that eventually will bring confusions that it is better not to think about the fatal consequences that will affect both countries. 
 
 
WE HAVE ALLOWED OURSELVES TO DEVELOP THE CONCEPT OF AN AREA OF  3 KMS  TO THE WEST OF THE BORDER AND 3KMS TO THE EAST, creating a Dominican-Haitian cluster and that the territory is handed over for 100 years -for just the use of the land- to the group of industrialized countries that will be called the Group of 20, led by BILL CLINTON, who currently has been appointed to manage  the development of the Region.  This group of countries will have the opportunity to organize and set up their business without any taxes, and can well meet the demands of the American region, with a lower labor cost than in their home countries, broadcasting in benefits to the nation of Haiti and the Dominican Republic, through the payment of wages to these workers.

Within the same space there should be installed  a military base, an airport and  two mega ports located one in Manzanillo and the other in Pedernales, linked by rail service that will transport the goods produced in the region for better distribution. It is impossible to create conditions for growth in these two impoverished nations, unless we constantly create jobs, generating incomes in the immediate future for the benefit of  two nations under a single self-sustained productivity system.
